Van der Valk is an international hospitality chain operating nearly 100 hotels in Europe and North America. It was Van der Valk's business hotel in Mons, Belgium that was looking for a total climate solution, and we were prepared to deliver a fully integrated system to provide more energy efficiency, reliability, control and comfort.
An integrated approach with a single point of contact
From the lobby to the guest rooms to the kitchen, every space in the Van der Valk Hotel has its own unique climate needs. Our goal was to develop an integrated system to meet the needs of each of these locations and lower the total environmental impact of the system.
The owner of the Van der Valk Mons hotel also requested combining ground source and standard air source heat pumps. With our wide range of units, we could easily install both systems with one central control.
