When installing an air conditioning system, most clients need to account for a considerable amount of outdoor space to accommodate a bulky condenser unit. But finding the right amount of space is a difficult task for stores or businesses in built-up areas.
A lack of space was also the issue restaurant chain Leon's had to overcome to find the right air conditioning system for its new Fenchurch Street restaurant. Based in London's West End, the restaurant needed to find the right system to deliver comfort and energy efficiency in a space-saving design.
"To install such a discreet and highly efficient air conditioning system will hugely benefit many high street retailers across the UK, but particularly in London, where sourcing outside space for a condenser can be challenging."

Synecore, a trusted installation partner in the project, selected our VRV i-series as the best choice for the new property. An outdoor system installed entirely indoors with only grilles visible from the outside, VRV IV i-series is a total climate control solution for buildings that are tight on space.
For this project, Synecore chose to install two 5 HP VRV IV i-series: one for the restaurant area and another for the kitchen. Because the heat exchanger and compressor are separate, installing the system was a simple and cost-effective process, and avoided additional renovation projects such as a rooftop installation, sound insulation or adding more pipework.
Separating the heat exchanger and compressor also meant the system is very discreet and easily blends into the property's existing framework.

Revolutionising air conditioning

The results of this VRV IV i-series installation did not disappoint. Aesthetically pleasing, practical, energy- efficient and easy to install, VRV IV i-series is the full package, and allowed Leon's to open its new restaurant sooner than expected. The installation also showed how our VRV IV i-series is a great solution for other high street retailers in Europe that need a climate solution with a space-saving design.
