Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow the Applied (Airside/Chillers) customer baselines

• Leads the sales in airside and air cooled screw chillers products, following up on current and future projects

• Validating which projects should be targeted based on specification and vendor list

• Taking proactive steps on future projects, with regular updates on the stages of the project and which consultant, main contractor and mechanical contractor get awarded

• Leads or supports detailed development of projects  

• Validates assumptions made during solution design

• Builds a detailed cost estimate and scope of work for assigned projects

• Utilizes develops specialized functional expertise of the engineering team Daikin distributor

• Performs detailed engineering or financial analysis to quantify project cost

• Assists in technical or financial benchmarking as needed

• Support sales to secure Daikin Approval

• Report all the visits, spec-in, project details, activities in CRM

Job Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge:

• Sales and Internal sales support experience in Middle East or GCC specifically

• At least 5-7 years of experience in Applied product ranging from airside and air cooled screw chillers, water cooled and centrifugal chillers business

• Systems experience and competent in psychometrics

• Experience with the manufacture of air handling units, fan coil units and screw chillers

• Expertise in airside and air cooled screw chillers selection

• Ability to value engineer projects based on project requirements and Daikin’s competitors

• Ability to produce clean compliance statements outlining Daikin’s offering without misleading and preventing ambiguity in our compliance statements

• GCC Driving license

Education:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree
